Hi there! As far as I know, you can easily track a package via the tracking service of the delivery service you use or some other tracking website. I am not sure what a door tag number is, but if you have a tracking number, everything is pretty straightforward. You just put in your number and get all the available information on you order/package. Good luck, mate ;)
